Over five centuries of operation, the monastery has accumulated a large number and wide variety of precious items, most of which are on display in the Leimonos museum. Gold and silver-plated sacred books and utensils, portable icons, gold-embroidered vestments, antimensia (consecrated altar cloths) and jewellery now grace the cases in the museum.

Precious items associated with Saint Ignatios are on display in a special case of their own.

The relics of Saint Ignatios and other saints, a piece of the True Cross (given   to the monastery by the Patriarch of Alexandria Sylvester) and part of the Blessed Virgin Mary’s Belt are also kept in the monastery.
